Using The Online Catalog
There are two catalog directory pages: one by Manufacturers;
one by Type of Tool. Each of these displays a list of links to the various manufacturers. On each
manufacturers' page, you will find a list of links to each individual tool. By clicking on the link
to a
particular tool, you will be shown pictures, descriptions and specifications for that tool. Each
tool's page allows you the option of adding it to your shopping cart. We have also allowed that
you might need more than one of a particular item, so you may indicate the quantity you want to
add once you have arrived at "Your Shopping Cart" page.
You may checkout or review what is in your shopping cart at any time by clicking "View Cart".
Each time you add an item to your shopping cart you will have several options:
1. Enter Quantity
2. Continue Shopping
3. Empty your shopping cart
4. Recalculate (will recalculate your total if you change quantity)
5. Check shipping rates
6. Checkout (Please note - If you need a separate shipping address area, you will need to check
the box calling for it before you go to the checkout.
Once at the checkout page, you have the option to:

Upon receipt of your order, We will confirm your order by e-mail within 2 business days. We
make every effort to ship your order promptly. In the event of a back order or shipping delay,
you will be notified immediately.
Tool Search: Our tool search is the fastest way to find a specific tool. You will the tool search
feature towards the top of most pages on our web site. Here are some tips to help make your
search successful:
Search Tips:
Use singular terms - hammer or drill instead of hammers or drills.
If your search produces too many results, be more specific - cordless drill instead of drill.
To find specific manufacturers, click here or use the links in the left column of the store pages.

Security & Privacy: We have taken every step available to insure you a secure online shopping
experience. When you submit your order it is sent through a secure server (all information is
encrypted). Notification of your order is then forwarded to us via e-mail. Once we receive
notification of your order, we log-on to the secure server to retrieve your credit card information.
